We collect the details you submit in registration and sponsorship forms, such as name, email, phone number, team details and enquiry information. Team leader identity verification may be handled separately by organisers; do not upload identity documents through this website form. Technical and security information may also be collected by the hosting provider.

How information is used

Information is used to manage registrations, communicate event updates, coordinate teams, handle sponsorship enquiries, maintain website security, resolve issues and meet legal obligations. Initial registration is an expression of interest, not a paid booking. Payment instructions are issued only after the minimum threshold of 55 individual participants is reached.

Sharing

Information may be shared with authorised organisers and service providers needed to operate the website, email, hosting, security or event communications, or with authorities where legally required. We do not sell participant information to sponsors or provide sponsor contact lists merely because they sponsor an event.

WhatsApp and third-party services

WhatsApp group members may see your phone number, profile information and messages depending on the service and privacy settings. WhatsApp and other third-party services process information under their own policies. Some service providers may process data outside India in accordance with applicable law.

Photos, videos and children

Event verification and public promotional use are separate purposes. Public publication of identifiable participant content requires separate, specific and optional consent where required by law. Where children’s personal information or images are processed, applicable parental or lawful guardian consent and safeguards will be followed.

Retention, security and your choices

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for event administration, dispute resolution and legal requirements. Reasonable safeguards are used, although no online system is completely secure. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion where appropriate, or withdrawal of consent by contacting prashanthbodasingh@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Cookies and updates
