These terms govern use of the QuestRush website and participation in the QuestRush Diwali Treasure Hunt 2026. Please read them before registering.

Organiser and event details

QuestRush is operated by Prashanth Bodasingh. Contact: prashanthbodasingh@gmail.com · 90353 87819. The advertised prize is ₹5,555 and the hunt has five milestones. The confirmation date is 8 November 2026; the actual hunt date, time and location will be announced after confirmation.

Eligibility, fees and minimum participation

Individual entry is ₹125. Team entry is ₹100 per person for teams of 2–5 members. A team leader aged 18 or above is required. A minimum of 55 individual participants is needed; each team member counts separately.

Registration and payment

Initial registration records interest only and is not a paid booking. Payment instructions will be shared after the minimum participant threshold is reached. If the minimum is not reached, the event will be cancelled and any payments collected will be refunded within two days of cancellation.

Hunt format, winner and conduct

All five milestones must be completed in order. The next hint is released after the prior milestone is completed and verified. The first eligible participant or team to complete all milestones and verify the treasure claim wins. Participants must obey the law, respect private property and avoid restricted or unsafe locations.

Refunds and liability

Once the hunt goes live, refunds will not be provided, subject to applicable law and non-excludable statutory rights. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

WhatsApp, photos and videos

WhatsApp group members may see other members’ phone numbers, profile names and messages. Use of identifiable participant photos or videos for public promotion requires separate, specific and optional consent where required by law. Declining optional publicity consent will not by itself prevent participation.

Intellectual property, changes and contact

QuestRush branding, puzzles and event materials may not be commercially reproduced without permission, except as permitted by law.
